Peter Sinapius is a painter and Art therapist. He is professor at MSH Medical School Hamburg (Germany) and runs the program "Expressive Arts in Social Transformation." He is active in national and international research projects about Art therapy and is director of the Institute for Subjective Experience and Research (ISER).

Peter Sinapius has a Ph.D. from EGS with his dissertation "Aesthetics of Therapeutic Relationships." He is the editor of the series "Scientific Foundations of Art Therapy" and member of the advisory boards of various journals. Her has published numerous books on theory and practice of Art therapy.
