Stefanie Betz, born 1965 in Germany. On completion of her studies at EGS, she became part of the faculty, teaching in the Master Program Expressive Arts, Coaching and Consulting.

​

Since 1998 she has been practicing as a freelance trainer and consultant with experience in different sectors including retail - focus fashion, various industries, the service sector and public administration. Her main areas are communication skills, negotiation, successful handling of conflicts in the workplace, teambuilding and Change Management.

​

Her work is influenced by her own experience in a leadership position and her work as a Human Development Manger in a department store. She also has a strong background in the field of Coaching and Consulting in NLP, Group Dynamics and leadership, systemic coaching and Transaction Analysis.

​

Her aim is to bring Expressive Arts to the business world in order to access new perspectives of experience and development. Through Art, people are connected with their resources, which is key for being able to appreciate oneself and others.
